Excellent analysis of both approaches, Wendy. As a consultant, I take the incremental approach because that is what clients allow. It seems as though the revolutionary approach seems to come from within and usually from higher ups. Also interesting how this tension between incremental and revolutionary can also be personal. Are there biomimicry examples too? I think so!Connie
